Sinestro 60th birthday

Sinestro made his debut in Green Lantern #7 in 1961, but wasn't featured in the cover until #9, so that's the one we've chosen to remake in celebration of his 60th birthday.
Allow us the inevitable nod to Mark Strong, best Sinestro ever.
